These policies exist to respect both your time and mine. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following.
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, unless I am the one who cancels. Your deposit goes toward your total service cost and your appointment is not confirmed until it's received.
A reminder & confirmation message is sent the day before your appointment. Please reply — if I don't hear back, your appointment will be cancelled.
A $10 fee applies after 15 minutes late. If you know you'll be running behind, please text me as soon as possible.
I accept Zelle or cash only for your remaining balance. No cards, checks, or other apps, please.
No extra guests unless confirmed with me in advance. This helps maintain a calm, focused environment for you and all clients.
Same-day appointments: +$20. Before or after regular hours: +$20. Sunday appointments: +$25.
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you experience any lifting, breakage, or issues within 5 days of your appointment, please contact me immediately with photos. Redos are complimentary when caused by application error. Issues resulting from improper aftercare or external damage are not covered.
